Senior IT Automation Tester

The position is within a team focusing on Master Data Management solutions, emphasizing automated testing in a banking industry environment.

• 6+ years of experience in automated software testing in complex enterprise environments.
• In-depth knowledge of QA methodology including test planning, design, execution, and regression testing.
• Hands-on experience in test automation development using Java 17+.
• Practical experience with RESTAssured, JUnit 5, and Lombok.
• Solid understanding of REST and SOAP principles with ability to design comprehensive tests.
• Experience in API testing and integration flow validation.
• Familiarity with test reporting tools, especially Allure.
• Experience writing SQL queries for database testing.
• Proficient in test management tools like qTest and Jira.
• Strong Git skills including branching strategies.
• Familiar with CI/CD pipelines, particularly Jenkins and/or Bamboo.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Proactive mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.
• Ability to mentor less experienced team members.

• Design and implement automated tests for APIs, integration processes, and data flows.
• Develop and maintain existing test automation frameworks.
• Create regression tests and integrate them with CI/CD processes.
• Support the implementation of the "Automation First" approach.
• Collaborate with developers, analysts, and other teams.
• Support automation of both new features and existing products.
• Analyze test results and prepare test evidence.
• Utilize AI tools to enhance test automation efficiency.
