Grupa Allegro Sp. z o.o. is recruiting for an experienced Product Manager to lead the strategic scaling and functional evolution of Allegro's internal communication automation platform, focusing on advanced features including AI-driven improvements and compliance with global data privacy regulations.
Wymagania
- Proven experience as a Product Manager within highly scalable and technical environments.
- Strong data proficiency with ability to independently acquire, query, and analyze data to drive product decisions.
- Experience in strategic roadmap planning with delivery plans for at least 6 months.
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and stakeholder alignment skills.
- Proactive ownership mindset with autonomy.
- Skilled in using GenAI and advanced prompting for user research and product discovery.
- English language proficiency at minimum B2 level.
Obowiązki
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams and cross-functional stakeholders to prioritize the product backlog and align work with strategic goals.
- Translate internal client and user needs into technical requirements.
- Manage stakeholders and scope by setting realistic expectations and maintaining focus on owned outcomes.
- Set product vision and strategy for communication automation at Allegro.
