Product Lead (Trading)

Railsware Product Studio is partnering with TradeFill to build a trading product from the ground up. The team includes founders experienced in product and engineering and markets and distribution, building products that people love, including TradeZella, Calendly, and others.

• 5+ years in Product Management
• Hands-on experience shipping SaaS products for B2C and B2B markets
• Demonstrated ability to own and communicate end-to-end product vision
• Experience with PDM frameworks, product analytics, and product design tools
• Experience in customer development and market research
• Experience delivering software products in US and/or EU markets
• Active trading experience in futures, stocks, crypto, forex or similar markets
• Day trading, scalping, and/or swing trading experience
• Technical background to understand high-level architecture and work directly with engineers
• AI fluency with active use across research, prototyping, analysis, and decision-making
• Ability to work independently with data, including SQL or equivalent for ad-hoc product analysis
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools
• Strong general software literacy to navigate technical tools and developer workflows
• High autonomy with independent decision making
• Strong decision-making skills, willingness to move fast and course-correct
• Structured thinking to manage multiple workstreams and set priorities
• Data-driven mindset with capability to form hypotheses and update views
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
• Excellent written and spoken English

• Experience in product roles at brokerages, trading platforms, or fintech

• Carry out proactive risk management and troubleshooting
• Create AI-driven prototypes, mockups, wireframes
• Collaborate with a product designer to implement current UI/UX best practices
• Improve product UX to drive conversion and retention
• Monitor and improve product success metrics such as MRR, CAC, LTV, Churn, NPS
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis using product database to validate decisions
• Make data-driven decisions alongside the data analytics team
