Data Quality & Reconciliation Lead

VIRTUSA is seeking an experienced Data Quality & Reconciliation Lead with strong knowledge of Healthcare and Pharmacy data.

• 6+ years in Data Quality, Data Analysis, Data Engineering, Data Governance, or similar
• Strong experience with Healthcare, Pharmacy, Pharmaceuticals, Life Sciences, or Health Insurance data
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with large/complex datasets
• Good understanding of data models, ETL/ELT, data integration, and data governance
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent English

Nice to have:

• Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, Azure, Power BI, Tableau, Python, dbt, Informatica or similar tools
• Knowledge of healthcare/pharmacy data standards such as NDC, RxNorm, ATC, ICD, HL7, or FHIR

• Ensuring data accuracy, consistency, completeness, and integrity across healthcare and pharmacy data environments
• Performing data validation, reconciliation, profiling, and root-cause analysis
