Analytics Delivery Lead

VIRTUSA is seeking an experienced Analytics Delivery Lead / Product Owner with strong knowledge of the Healthcare and Pharmacy domains to lead the delivery of data and analytics products.

• 7+ years in Product Ownership, Business Analysis, Analytics Delivery, Data Product Management, or similar.
• Strong experience in Healthcare, Pharmacy, Pharmaceuticals, Life Sciences, or Health Insurance.
• Good understanding of healthcare/pharmacy data, patient journeys, medication data, pharmacy operations, claims, and healthcare KPIs.
• Experience with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Data Warehouses, Data Lakes, Snowflake, Databricks, or cloud data platforms.
• Knowledge of healthcare/pharmacy standards such as HL7, FHIR, ICD, RxNorm, NDC, or ATC is an advantage.
• Strong stakeholder management and requirements engineering skills.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum.
• Fluent English.
