Java Architect

• 5+ years of relevant experience in software engineering and solution architecture.
• Senior experience in Java and Spring Boot.
• Minimum 3 years in an architecture role.
• Proven ability to lead complex consultancy engagements with enterprise clients.
• Experience building solutions for large-scale distributed systems.
• Deep understanding of cloud-native architecture with hands-on experience in at least one major cloud platform.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud or related products appreciated.
• Fluent understanding of network and cybersecurity aspects of complex applications.
• Strong background in microservices, APIs, integration patterns, and distributed system design.
• Track record of coaching, mentoring, and team enablement in matrixed or consulting environments.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Fluent in modern delivery practices: Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, systems analysis, or related field.
• Fluent English (Upper-Intermediate or Advanced).
