Technical Business Analyst

• Comprehensive knowledge of REST API principles, design patterns, and implementation
• Ability to design scalable, maintainable REST APIs
• Proficiency in data modelling including logical and physical data models and entity relationships
• Understanding of data governance frameworks, data quality standards, lineage, and compliance requirements
• Knowledge of data lifecycle management, integration, and architecture principles
• Intermediate-level skills in SQL and understanding of relational databases
• Strong skills in eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business and technical requirements
• Expertise in BPMN for process mapping and workflow documentation
• Proficiency in UML for system design and documentation
• Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, and DevOps
• Problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder management
• Technical documentation capabilities
• Understanding of enterprise architecture principles
• Experience with cross-functional team collaboration

• Experience with version control systems such as Bitbucket, GitLab, and GitHub

• Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather business and technical requirements
• Analyze existing documentation and systems to identify gaps and opportunities
• Facilitate requirement elicitation sessions with cross-functional teams
• Document functional and non-functional requirements using appropriate methodologies
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation including requirement specifications, process flows, and system designs
• Develop user stories and acceptance criteria using Gherkin syntax
• Produce UML diagrams and BPMN process models for system and business process documentation
• Update and version control all documentation in GitHub or equivalent systems
• Design REST APIs following best practices and organizational standards
• Create data models and database schemas aligned with business requirements
• Develop system architecture diagrams and technical specifications
• Design integration patterns and data flow diagrams
• Conduct regular meetings with business stakeholders to validate requirements, review designs, and gather feedback
• Coordinate daily with developers, architects, and other technical teams to ensure alignment and feasibility
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops and design sessions
• Present findings and recommendations to various stakeholder groups
• Ensure all deliverables adhere to internal Requirements & Analysis standards
• Review and validate requirements against organizational methodologies and frameworks
• Conduct quality checks on documentation and design artifacts
• Maintain compliance with data governance and management policies
• Participate in peer reviews and standard improvement initiatives
