QA Leader

Blurify is a company building custom iGaming platforms and B2B platform implementations, focusing on product differentiation and AI-first platform frameworks to accelerate development and reduce technical risk.

• Minimum 4 years of QA experience as a Lead or 6 years as a Senior QA with formal or informal team leadership.
• Strong practical knowledge of Playwright with commercial project experience.
• Experience building and maintaining test automation frameworks from scratch.
• Proficiency with relational databases and SQL.
• Experience testing APIs using tools like Postman, REST Assured, or dedicated libraries.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and DOM for creating stable UI selectors.
• Familiarity with Docker and working with test environments.
• Very good knowledge of Git.
• Experience integrating automated tests with CI/CD processes.

Nice to have:

• ISTQB certification or knowledge.

• Managing and supporting a 4-person tester team, including planning, goal-setting, code reviews, and development.
• Defining, implementing, and optimizing test processes and quality standards in custom projects.
• Creating, developing, and maintaining modern test automation frameworks based on Playwright.
• Utilizing AI-powered tools (e.g., Codex) for test creation, maintenance, and daily team support.
• Testing REST APIs, verifying data in SQL databases, and supervising the stability of test environments.
• Selecting appropriate QA tools and solutions tailored to project specifics and client requirements.
• Close cooperation with CTO, developers, and Project Managers to ensure software quality.
• Direct communication with international clients to define requirements, discuss test strategies, and report quality.
• Active participation in estimation processes, sprint planning, retrospectives, and fostering a Quality First culture.
• Combining leadership with practical work by designing solutions, writing test code, and providing technical support.

Hybrid work mode requiring presence at the Wrocław office at least 2 days per week. English language proficiency at minimum B2 level for communication with clients and documentation.
