Engineering Manager - Partner Enablement Applications

The Client and Partner Technologies (CPT) organization at Netflix focuses on enabling Netflix experiences on partner devices and building foundational client systems and tools. The Partner Enablements Apps group within CPT includes the Device Workflow team based in Warsaw, Poland, collaborating with globally distributed teams from the USA, Brazil, Netherlands, and Taiwan. This team develops applications for device partners such as consumer electronics manufacturers, SoC, and ODMs, facilitating the integration of the Netflix app on smart TVs and set top boxes. They provide a unified approach for developing and delivering cloud and data systems, including a gateway service enabling partners to manage engineering and business interactions with Netflix and control hundreds of millions of devices and related financial operations.

• Proven software engineering leadership managing a full-stack engineering team.
• Strong product and strategic mindset with ability to identify opportunities and influence roadmap.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to navigate cross-functional dynamics.
• Experience working collaboratively across global teams and time zones.
• Passion for agentic AI and integrating AI-powered workflows.
