AI Engineer

With over $400M raised, their technology manages global workforces in more than 160 countries, addressing complex workforce management challenges. The role is embedded in the AI products team and business operations, building AI-driven workflow automations across various business functions.

• Relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 4+ years of hands-on experience building operational software, automations, or business systems, including at least 1 year delivering AI-powered workflows
• Strong Python skills; JavaScript/TypeScript experience is a plus
• Experience with automation or orchestration tools and agent frameworks such as n8n, LangChain, Claude Code, or similar tools
• Practical knowledge of LLM platforms, prompt design, and workflow engineering for reliable execution
• Strong communication skills and ability to align technical work with business priorities
• High ownership and comfort operating independently with cross-functional stakeholders
• Strong understanding of business operations and systems that power them
• Advantage: experience integrating multiple business systems (CRM, HRIS, BI, finance, support) in SaaS or enterprise environments

• Build and deploy production-grade AI workflows and intelligent agents using orchestration tools, LLM frameworks, and business logic
• Lead initiatives independently: define scope, translate requirements into designs, build, test, roll out, and iterate
• Partner with business unit stakeholders and IT to map processes, identify bottlenecks, and prioritize automation opportunities
• Collaborate with the AI Business Champion function to ensure workflow adoption and scaling across teams
• Own adoption metrics: track usage, workflow completion rates, efficiency gains, and business outcomes; remove blockers and scale successful workflows
• Stay current on evolving AI capabilities, conduct lightweight experiments, and convert promising ideas into practical internal products
