Product Owner

Futuremed is a dynamically growing telemedicine company revolutionizing access to medical services. They offer online medical consultations with e-prescriptions, e-sick leaves, and referrals. Their main brand Radamed has quickly established a strong market position, helping tens of thousands of patients across Poland monthly.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in IT project management, application development, or digital functionalities implementation.
• Experience as a Product Owner or similar role with end-to-end project management.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize accordingly.
• Skill to translate business needs into clear tasks, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience managing backlog, priorities, schedule, and project dependencies.
• Analytical approach, problem-solving skills, and decision-making based on available data.
• Precision and attention to detail especially in defining requirements and functionality acceptance.

Nice to have:

• Experience in telemedicine, healthcare, e-commerce, service platforms, or SaaS projects.
• Basic knowledge of system integration, APIs, product analytics, and web/mobile app operations.
• Experience conducting acceptance testing and organizing production deployments.

• Lead projects related to application development and IT functionalities implementation from requirement gathering to solution launch.
• Collect and order business requirements and translate them into specific tasks for the IT team.
• Create functional descriptions, user stories, acceptance criteria, and project documentation.
• Define scope, priorities, schedules, and order of work execution.
• Coordinate collaboration between IT team, business, users, and external vendors.
• Maintain backlog ensuring its currency, clarity, and alignment with business goals.
• Monitor work progress, identify risks and dependencies and react to blockers.
• Organize and conduct project meetings including planning, progress reviews, and deployment summaries.
• Collaborate in testing new functionalities, coordinate acceptance tests, and verify compliance with requirements.
• Plan deployments and ensure effective communication of changes to users and stakeholders.
• Collect post-deployment feedback and initiate further application improvements.
• Monitor effects of deployed functionalities and evaluate if business goals are met.
• Ensure timeliness, quality, and proper information flow at every project stage.
