Product Manager (Dashboard EHR Lekarza)

LUX MED Sp. z o.o. develops a dashboard EHR as a main clinical workspace for doctors, integrating patient clinical history, active care plans, tasks, test results, risk stratification results, and AI support to facilitate decision-making and reduce documentation time.

• At least 3 years of experience as a Product Manager for clinician-facing or comparable expert tools with documented user adoption
• Mature experience conducting UX research with expert users, usability testing, and iterative improvements
• Ability to design information hierarchy in data-overloaded environments, reducing alert fatigue
• Experience integrating multiple modules and data sources into a unified view
• Understanding of CDSS recommendation presentation with clinician override
• Experience working within legacy systems to develop enhanced user experiences (not greenfield development)
• Ability to personalize views for different clinical roles (doctor, nurse, coordinator)

Nice to have:

• Direct experience with EHR/HIS systems
• Knowledge of human factors and cognitive ergonomics
• Experience with high-error-cost products

• Design and develop the dashboard EHR workspace focusing on structure, information prioritization, and ergonomics
• Present risk stratification results and CDSS recommendations with clinical decision override
• Implement and maintain active treatment plan views including status and upcoming events
• Develop deep dive functions for patient history incorporating AI-generated summaries
• Integrate dashboard with AI summary modules, clinical task queues, and unified patient profiles
• Design and test personalized views for different roles such as doctor, nurse, and coordinator
• Ensure the dashboard is the primary clinical workspace rather than an additional module
