FunCrafters is a mobile gaming company with over a decade of experience, currently working on a new Puzzle RPG game with a major IP to deliver AAA-quality experiences.

• Minimum 7 years professional experience in software development with expertise in C#/.NET.
• Deep understanding of SOLID principles, Clean Architecture, and Design Patterns.
• Proven ability to design and build complex game logic, including RPG mechanics and in-game economies.
• Hands-on experience with persistence layers and caching solutions in application logic.
• Knowledge of performance profiling and optimization techniques.
• Strong practices in Unit Testing and Integration Testing.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and meeting facilitation skills.
• Experienced in conflict resolution and fostering positive team collaboration.
• Ability to share knowledge and mentor junior developers.
• Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Skilled in cross-functional teamwork involving backend, design, and product stakeholders.

• Design and implement complex business logic such as RPG mechanics, progression systems, and in-game economies.
• Build scalable and maintainable game systems using C#/.NET with adherence to SOLID principles, Clean Architecture, and Design Patterns.
• Develop and optimize persistence layers and caching solutions to support game application logic.
• Utilize profiling tools to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in game logic.
• Advocate and implement Unit Testing and Integration Testing to ensure code stability and quality.
• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to designers and developers.
