System Analyst

Scalo delivers software projects and supports partners in business development. They work across various IT services, including software development, embedded systems, cloud solutions, data management, and dedicated project teams.

• Minimum 5 years of experience as Business-System Analyst or System Analyst
• Practical knowledge of Jira and Confluence
• Ability to model business processes and create UML diagrams
• Experience analyzing and documenting REST API and SOAP integrations
• Good command of SQL for data analysis and query creation
• Ability to model data flows and system communication
• Familiarity with GitLab regarding project processes and artifacts
• Experience cooperating with business and technical teams
• Ability to analyze requirements from implementation feasibility perspective
• Developed communication skills and effective collaboration with project stakeholders

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Enterprise Architect
• Experience in banking sector projects
• Practical knowledge of electronic banking processes for corporate clients

• Analyze business and functional requirements and prepare project documentation
• Model business processes, data flows, and communication between systems
• Analyze REST/SOAP integrations and assist in defining integration solutions
• Collaborate with business representatives, IT teams, architects, testers, and developers
• Support development areas related to onboarding, permissions, self-service, and application handling
• Participate in hybrid work mode requiring presence one day per week in Warsaw office
