Senior Android Developer

Join a team building one of the largest mobile platforms in Poland, used by millions of customers every day. The platform supports digital logistics and e-commerce services across European markets.

• 5+ years of experience in Android development.
• Expert knowledge of Android SDK, Android versions, and device configurations.
• Extensive knowledge of build process optimization and CI/CD environments including GitLab Pipelines, GitHub Actions with a focus on high availability and scalability.
• Experience working within platform/foundation teams supporting a DevEx culture.
• Experience with Android Architecture Components, Jetpack Libraries, MVVM, and Clean Architecture.
• Experience optimizing mobile applications in Java and Kotlin.
• Experience with Jetpack Compose and Coroutines.
• Experience with Firebase configuration.
• Experience integrating API interfaces and external services within mobile applications.
• Ability to solve problems and propose effective technical solutions.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong attention to detail and focus on solution delivery.
• Professional and proactive approach to software development.
• Knowledge of software development processes and tools including Git, Jira, Confluence, and Code Reviews.
• Good understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Professional English proficiency (minimum B2).

Nice to have:

• Experience working with LLMs / agentic development workflows to accelerate the SDLC.
• Hands-on Android WebView development experience – embedding and integrating web content in a native enterprise application with native↔JS bridge, session and authentication handling, navigation, performance, and security hardening.

• Develop and maintain native Android applications.
• Design and implement new features using Kotlin and modern Android technologies.
• Ensure application performance, quality, and reliability.
• Refactor and optimize existing codebases.
• Build and improve mobile CI/CD pipelines.
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams in an Agile environment.
