Senior DevOps Engineer with German

QualityMinds specializes in software quality assurance, development, and DevOps services. The Polish branch consists of around 60 specialists working on domestic and international projects, including test automation, performance testing, development services, and DevOps support. The company actively participates in the tech community by organizing lectures and training sessions.

• At least 10 years of professional IT experience
• 7+ years in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering roles
• Strong practical experience with Terraform
• Proficient knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
• Proficiency in scripting with Python and Bash
• Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions)
• Experience with observability, monitoring, and logging (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK, OpenTelemetry, Datadog, New Relic)
• Familiarity with developer tools and middleware integration
• Strong Linux system skills and networking fundamentals
• Fluent German (minimum C1 level) and good English (minimum B2 level)

• Maintain and improve cloud environments and deployment processes
• Focus on CI/CD automation and system reliability
• Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance workflows
• Communicate and document projects primarily in German
