Senior GenAI Engineer

EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) is a dynamic global delivery network operating across nine locations including Poland. It provides service delivery for EY's growth strategy and involves collaboration with EY teams worldwide on diverse projects.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence.
• Knowledge and experience in Generative AI including Agentic AI.
• Proficiency in Python and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Pandas, or Scikit-Learn.
• Experience with at least one framework like LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, or Semantic Kernel.
• Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing techniques such as tokenization, string comparison, and embeddings.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Nice to have:

• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, or Azure DevOps for AI pipelines and MLOps practices.
• Knowledge of trusted AI practices focusing on fairness, transparency, and accountability.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Design and implement advanced AI models and systems.
• Develop new AI approaches and solutions, experimenting with cutting-edge architectures.
• Drive innovation across business use cases in Generative AI, LLM-based architectures, and NLP techniques.
• Implement AI model monitoring and logging tools to ensure performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with software engineering and operations teams for AI model integration and deployment.
