Full Stack Development Engineer

Mindbox is a tech-driven company connecting top IT talents with technology projects for leading enterprises across Europe. The role is part of a newly established engineering team building a strategic telemetry and product analytics platform to collect, analyze, and visualize product telemetry data globally. This enables teams to gain insights into application performance, user behavior, and customer satisfaction.

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Strong experience with Node.js.
• Experience building REST APIs / Web APIs.
• Strong SQL skills and database design experience, preferably with PostgreSQL.
• Solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience with Git.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Go.
• Frontend experience with React or Angular.
• Knowledge of HTML5 and CSS.
• Experience supporting production systems.
• Interest or hands-on experience with AI solutions, chatbots, or agentic AI approaches.

• Design and develop scalable, high-performance applications and APIs.
• Contribute to software architecture and technical decisions.
• Analyze business requirements and propose technical improvements.
• Build prototypes and proof-of-concepts to validate ideas.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
• Support products throughout the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders and internal customers.
• Drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure high standards of code quality, security, and maintainability.
