- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position in the automotive industry

- Knowledge of FMEA, PPAP, and Control Plan tools

- Processing of customer complaints in accordance with company procedures
- Maintaining and building relationships with customers
- Performing LPA/Product/Process/DTLD/Qualification audits
- Independently analysing and solving quality problems
- Conducting quality reconciliations of delivered products
- Drafting and updating documents and control plans
- Initiating corrective and preventive actions
- Liaising with managers of operational departments
