IAM Specialist - SailPoint IIQ (K/M)

Our client operates in the financial sector and is seeking an IAM Specialist with expertise in SailPoint IIQ to join their team.

• Experience in IAM, Identity Governance, or Application Security
• Practical experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (SailPoint IIQ)
• Experience managing user access, access groups, and/or service accounts
• Good knowledge of access management and application security processes
• Experience in access reviews and privilege analysis
• Ability to collaborate with both business and technical stakeholders
• Independent with analytical problem-solving skills
• Higher education in IT, business, or related field
• Proficient English language skills (minimum B2/C1)

• Analyze application security and user access
• Conduct access reviews and identify inactive, excessive, or unnecessary permissions
• Analyze access data and recommend appropriate actions
• Support onboarding of applications and access groups into SailPoint IdentityIQ
• Participate in cleanup processes of access groups, user accounts, and service accounts
• Collaborate with business, IT, application managers, and system vendors
• Cooperate with IAM/RACF experts in problem analysis and action definition
• Lead and moderate discussions with stakeholders
• Support in resolving conflicts related to requirements and priorities
• Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies
• Support change management and scope of work in projects

Only candidates with very good English proficiency (min. B2/C1) are considered. The position is for the financial industry sector.
