Fullstack Developer

Ness Solution is hiring a Fullstack Developer to work on modern web applications with backend development in Python and frontend development using Angular.

• Minimum 5 years of commercial experience in web application development
• Very good knowledge of the Python language and experience with frameworks such as Django, FastAPI, or Flask
• Practical experience in designing and implementing REST API services
• Very good knowledge of Angular framework (version 10 or higher)
• Experience managing application state using NgRx or similar solutions
• Practical knowledge of HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, and responsive UI design principles
• Experience with UI component libraries such as Angular Material or Tailwind CSS
• Very good knowledge of relational databases and experience with PostgreSQL or MySQL
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions
• Practical knowledge of microservice architecture
• Experience automating tests using tools like PyTest, Jest, and Cypress
• Very good knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes technologies
• Knowledge of design patterns and principles for high quality code (SOLID, DRY, KISS)
• Knowledge of application security best practices including OWASP Top 10 standards
• Ability to diagnose and optimize frontend and backend application performance
• Well-developed communication skills and experience working in project teams
• English language proficiency at minimum B2 level, enabling comfortable work with technical documentation and collaboration in an international environment

• Designing, developing, and maintaining web applications using Python and Angular
• Creating and developing integrations between backend and frontend layers
• Implementing modern, responsive user interfaces adhering to business and UX requirements
• Participating in system architecture design and technical solution analysis
• Analyzing business and technological challenges and recommending optimal solutions
• Developing and expanding automated tests for frontend and backend applications
• Participating in code reviews and promoting good programming practices
• Ensuring high quality, performance, security, and maintainability of applications
• Preparing and maintaining environments based on Docker and Kubernetes
• Integrating systems using REST API and message queue solutions
• Active participation in Scrum team activities, including sprint planning, task estimation, and backlog development
• Creating and updating technical and architectural documentation
• Collaborating with analysts, developers, and stakeholders in requirement analysis and new features implementation
• Providing technical support to the team, mentoring less experienced developers, and knowledge sharing
• Identifying technical risks and proposing actions to increase stability and quality of developed solutions
• Analyzing and optimizing application performance on both backend and frontend sides
