Jira Administrator (Certification Required)

• 2 to 5 years of practical experience administering Jira environments.
• Jira Cloud administration certification.
• Experience tailoring workflows, screens, permissions, and automations.
• Solid experience managing Confluence and Jira Service Management.
• Familiarity with REST APIs for integrations.
• Hands-on knowledge of marketplace plugins, specifically ScriptRunner and Tempo Timesheets.
• Strong analytical skills to convert business requirements into functional solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Fluent English.
• Experience providing end-user support in a corporate environment.

Nice to have:

• Exposure to portfolio management tools like BigPicture, Advanced Roadmaps, Structure, or Tempo Planning.
• Participation in Atlassian Cloud Migration initiatives.
• Understanding of Atlassian Analytics and advanced reporting.
• Knowledge of SSO configuration and identity management platforms like Okta.
• Experience managing large enterprise instances (1000+ users).
• Familiarity with change and release management frameworks.
• Background in SLA-driven support for business-critical applications.
• Awareness of GDPR, access governance, and information security standards.

• Manage and maintain Jira Cloud, Jira Service Management, and Confluence platforms daily.
• Design and set up tailored workflows, custom fields, screen schemes, and permission structures.
• Translate business needs into practical system configurations and automations.
• Integrate Atlassian tools using REST APIs and oversee key marketplace applications like ScriptRunner and Tempo Timesheets.
• Troubleshoot system issues and deliver ongoing, independent technical support for corporate end-users.
