Analityk Hurtowni Danych i BI (k/m)

PZU Tech S.A. is the employer, offering a role related to analytical solutions in the area of property insurance data warehouses and BI tools.

• Higher education in IT or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Experience working with data warehouses
• Advanced knowledge of SQL and relational database concepts (preferably Oracle)
• Experience in data modeling (star schemas, facts/dimensions) and working with ETL systems
• Practical knowledge of SAS Institute technologies (SAS 4GL)
• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Clear and easy communication
• Ability to provide services from Poland
• Ability to provide services partly from PZU office in Warsaw

• Designing and developing analytical solutions in the area of property insurance data warehouses and BI tools
• Translating business needs into analytical solutions through close cooperation with stakeholders and development team, considering data warehouse architecture and standards
• Preparing post-implementation software documentation for Data Warehouse developers
• Supporting business initiatives where data plays a strategic role in decision-making and organizational development
• Supporting software testing activities

Services must be provided from the territory of Poland, partially from the PZU office in Warsaw.
