Wymagania
- Several years of experience in administration, design, and development of Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Teams, Exchange Online, and Entra ID solutions.
- Experience with Power Platform components: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and integrations with business systems.
- Practical interest in AI, Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and AI agents in enterprise environments.
- Ability to design secure solutions compliant with architectural, cybersecurity, GDPR, and financial sector regulations.
- Experience analyzing business requirements and translating them into technological solutions.
- Skills in task automation using PowerShell, Power Automate, and low-code tools.
- Ability to independently diagnose problems and make decisions in critical situations.
- Effective communication with internal clients and collaboration with architecture, security, compliance, and product teams.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
- English language skills sufficient for technical documentation and collaboration with technology providers.

- Design, implement, and develop solutions using Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Copilot Studio, and AI agents.
- Maintain and develop the digital workspace platform for over 6,000 employees ensuring high availability, security, and compliance.
- Define and implement standards for AI usage, automation, low-code solutions, governance, and SDLC/ALM.
- Collaborate with business, architecture, cybersecurity, and AI Competence Center teams for digital transformation initiatives.
- Analyze new technologies and deploy innovative solutions to enhance employee productivity and business processes.
