Programme Manager - Vendor & Payments Transformation

An experienced Programme Manager role to lead a strategic, global programme focused on improving the end-to-end experience of external vendors and partners, with efficient and reliable payment processes as a key area. The position is within a large, international organisation, requiring coordination across business, finance, and technology teams.

• Proven experience as a Programme Manager or Senior Project Manager in large, complex, matrixed international organisations.
• Ability to operate confidently with senior stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Strong track record of connecting strategy with execution and managing integrated programme plans.
• Experience coordinating budgets, funding, and financial tracking.
• Experience working with technology teams on business and transformation initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, reporting, and escalation skills.
• Experience with vendor- or supplier-facing programmes is highly desirable.
• Exposure to payments, procure-to-pay (P2P), supplier management, or vendor onboarding is advantageous.
• Recognised project/programme management certifications or methodologies such as PRINCE2 and Agile/Scrum.
• Fluent English.

• Experience in large-scale global organisations with complex operating models.
• Background in enterprise transformation, operational improvement, or technology-enabled change programmes.
• Experience coordinating programmes spanning business, finance, procurement, and technology functions.

• Lead the programme end-to-end, owning the overall plan, milestones, dependencies, and delivery cadence across multiple workstreams, including payments and vendor onboarding.
• Translate leadership priorities into concrete deliverables and ensure accountability across teams.
• Manage senior stakeholders including VP-level leaders with clear reporting and escalation.
• Coordinate programme budgets and funding, track spending, and support prioritisation.
• Partner with technology teams to align business requirements with technical delivery.
• Maintain programme governance, including RAID management and status reporting.
• Drive alignment across functions, teams, and geographies.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers; ensure mitigation or escalation.
