Wymagania
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role
- Practical knowledge of design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar
- Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and responsive interfaces
- Knowledge of User-Centered Design and Design Thinking methodologies
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing
- Analytical thinking and ability to translate business needs into design solutions
- Knowledge of digital accessibility principles (WCAG) is an asset
- Ability to collaborate effectively in interdisciplinary teams
- Communication skills, independence, and initiative in work
Obowiązki
- Designing user experiences (UX) for web, mobile, and business systems applications
- Creating mockups, wireframes, prototypes, and final user interfaces
- Conducting user research, interviews, workshops, and business needs analysis
- Preparing and developing the design system (Design System)
- Collaborating with Product Owners, business analysts, developers, and stakeholders
- Defining and optimizing user journeys
- Conducting usability tests and recommending improvements
- Monitoring UX/UI trends and implementing best design practices
- Ensuring visual consistency and high quality of user experiences across digital products
