• Minimum 5 years of commercial programming experience.
• At least 5 years of experience with React Native.
• Experience in a technical leadership role.
• Experience with Node.js and React.
• Experience distributing apps to AppStore and Google Play.
• Experience automating release processes (e.g., using Fastlane).
• Knowledge of differences in Android and iOS implementations.
• Proficient with Android Studio and Xcode.
• Ability to debug and test apps, including E2E and Unit testing.
• Experience using programming assistants from CLI (Claude Code CLI, Codex CLI).
• Ability to use AI tools effectively in daily work.
• Fluent English skills.
