Agentic SDLC Senior Engineer (k/m)

PZU Tech S.A. operates in the financial sector with experience in large financial organizations addressing software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes enhanced by AI tools and governance.

• Minimum 5 years technical experience as Software Developer, DevOps Engineer, QA/Test Automation Engineer, or similar.
• Practical experience in delivery teams and knowledge of full application lifecycle.
• Experience implementing or using AI tools in SDLC (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, M365 Copilot, open-source models).
• Strong communication and consultation skills with technical teams, managers, and directors.
• Ability to collect, organize, and translate business and technical needs into implementation initiatives.
• Experience conducting workshops, trainings, or internal development programs.
• Ability to build team engagement, manage resistance to change, and support sustainable adoption of new practices.
• Knowledge of software delivery in large financial organizations with awareness of security and compliance requirements.
• Practical skills in creating prompts, workflows, agents, and skills.
• Familiarity with Spec-Driven Development and modern AI-supported software engineering practices.
• Understanding of LLM concepts, RAG, automation, and agent architectures; practical experience with frameworks like LangGraph is welcome.
• Ability to assess AI business value, optimize model usage costs, and measure implementation effects.
• Analytical mindset, independence, openness to experimentation, and continuous learning.
• Service provision from the territory of Poland.
• Hybrid work arrangement with at least one day per week in the office.

• Lead Agentic SDLC end-to-end implementations including analysis, piloting, configuration, governance, and scaling.
• Collaborate with managers, directors, and teams to gather requirements, prioritize, and build AI adoption roadmaps.
• Conduct trainings, workshops, consultations, and practical sessions for cross-functional development teams.
• Support teams in effective use of AI tools like GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, and M365 Copilot.
• Design and implement workflows, agents, prompts, skills, and Spec-Driven Development practices to support analysis, development, testing, code review, documentation, and maintenance.
• Build internal knowledge bases, standards, usage patterns, and best AI practices in SDLC.
• Manage resistance to change by communicating benefits, addressing concerns, engaging technical leaders, and supporting teams in adopting new work practices.
• Define and monitor KPIs/OKRs and ROI related to AI implementations concerning productivity, quality, delivery time, unit change cost, and tool adoption.
• Assess and recommend AI SDLC solutions considering quality, costs, security, regulatory risks, and compliance policies.
• Create and enforce policies for safe and responsible AI use including data protection, access control, and risk management.
• Monitor AI market development and translate new opportunities into practical applications in the financial domain.

Services must be provided from the territory of Poland. Hybrid work is required with a minimum of one day in the office.
