AI Adoption and Enablement Lead (k/m)

PZU Tech S.A. is hiring an AI Adoption and Enablement Lead to drive practical training and support AI tool implementation within IT teams, ensuring measurable improvements in team efficiency and consistent AI usage.

• Experience conducting training, workshops, consultations, or development activities for IT teams.
• Practical experience in software development environments in roles such as developer, analyst, tester, DevOps, Scrum Master, Product Owner, or related.
• Good knowledge of software lifecycle and agile, cross-functional team work.
• Practical knowledge of AI tools supporting IT work, e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, M365 Copilot.
• Understanding of the capabilities and limitations of generative AI, LLMs, and AI agents in the context of SDLC.
• Ability to communicate technical topics simply, engagingly, and appropriately.
• Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to identify training needs and design practical development programs.
• Ability to work with resistance to change, build engagement, and support teams in changing work methods.
• Ability to create educational materials and knowledge base content.
• Ability to collect and interpret feedback and draw conclusions to improve educational activities.
• Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders including IT teams, leaders, AI Product Owners, AI Coaches, and AI Ambassadors.
• Independence, good work organization, continuous AI development monitoring.
• Service provision from the territory of Poland.
• Hybrid work: at least 1 day per week in the Warsaw office.

Nice to have:

• Experience in digital transformation programs, change management, or implementing new tools in organizations.
• Experience building communities of practice, ambassador programs, or similar initiatives.
• Knowledge of safe and responsible AI use in regulated organizations.
• Experience with Agentic SDLC, prompt engineering, Spec-Driven Development, or creating simple AI workflows.

• Conduct practical training, workshops, consultations, or development activities for IT teams.
• Support the implementation and adoption of AI tools in IT teams.
• Collect feedback and co-create educational programs to continuously adapt to organizational needs.
• Collaborate with IT teams, leaders, AI Product Owner, AI Coaches, and AI Ambassadors.
• Create educational materials, instructions, exercises, and knowledge base content.

The services must be provided from the territory of Poland. The role includes hybrid work with a minimum of 1 day per week at the office in Warszawa.
