Mid Delivery Manager / Product Builder

Ascron is the hiring company located in Warszawa at Puławska street.

• Approximately 4-6 years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Analysis, Product Ownership, Delivery, Product Management, Product Building, or software solution creation
• Strong experience working independently with clients or stakeholders
• Experience leading analytical meetings or workshops
• Ability to separate business needs from proposed client solutions
• Skilled in translating business problems into functional requirements
• Comfortable creating user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional descriptions
• Experience managing and prioritizing backlogs
• Capability to decompose larger solutions
• Experience conducting refinement sessions
• Understanding of Definition of Ready, Definition of Done, and backlog quality standards
• Good knowledge of Scrum and Kanban as delivery tools
• Good understanding of software development processes
• Ability to collaborate with developers
• Ability to identify gaps, risks, and inconsistencies independently
• Proficient in using Jira and Confluence
• English language proficiency at minimum B2 level
• Ability to quickly prepare mockups or prototypes
• Skilled in using AI tools such as Lovable, Claude, and Figma for design and prototyping
• Experience leveraging AI for fast concept creation, testing, and iteration

Nice to have:

• Experience with B2B or SaaS products
• Basic understanding of APIs and system integrations
• Understanding of application architecture and technical limitations
• Experience in projects integrating multiple systems
• Practical use of AI in analysis, prototyping, or product building

• Conduct conversations and workshops independently with clients
• Identify real business problems and user needs
• Question and refine requirements if proposed client solutions do not address actual problems
• Design new feature concepts
• Prepare mockups or prototypes
• Validate solutions with clients and the development team
• Iterate solutions based on feedback
• Translate solutions into functional requirements
• Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional descriptions
• Build, prioritize, and maintain the backlog
• Break down larger functionalities into development-feasible elements
• Conduct refinement sessions
• Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and risks
• Collaborate with developers during preparation and implementation
• Take ownership of assigned areas from discovery to delivery
