Senior Product Designer

RTB House is a next-generation performance demand-side platform (DSP) that uses proprietary Deep Learning AI algorithms to help brands grow. Founded in 2012, it operates in 90+ markets and offers end-to-end Deep Learning-powered AdTech products and solutions to maximize conversion and customer acquisition globally. The Product Design Team delivers intuitive, smart, and scalable web interfaces for complex platforms.

• 4+ years of overall design experience, with at least 2 years in a product team.
• Strong analytical thinking to break complex problems into actionable components.
• Hands-on experience with qualitative/quantitative data and analytics tools, including AI optimization.
• Proven experience conducting UX research: usability tests, in-depth interviews, surveys, and analysis.
• Understanding of HTML and CSS fundamentals to communicate with frontend developers.
• Fluency in English at B2+ level.
• High level of independence, ownership, problem-solving mindset, and strong work organization.
• Aesthetic sensitivity and commitment to visual consistency.
• Solid proficiency in using AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT in daily design workflow.
• Portfolio demonstrating solid end-to-end product design experience.

Nice to Have:

• Experience designing products in the AdTech domain.
• Experience with complex B2B platforms, CMS, or CRM tools.
• Advanced mastery of AI tools for design and process automation.

• Design end-to-end features for RTB House panels (desktop-first), including user flows, wireframes, mockups, implementation support, and design QA.
• Implement product improvements based on audits, data analysis, and usability research.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders, engineering teams, and fellow designers, participating in refinements, scope decomposition, handoffs, and interaction specifications.
• Work within and expand the Design System in Figma using components, tokens, and auto-layouts.
• Conduct UX research, including user interviews, usability testing, and quantitative/qualitative data analysis.
• Optimize daily workflow and user interactions by leveraging modern AI tools.
• Design effectively under technical, business, and real-world system constraints.
