Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

RemoDevs is seeking a Chief Technology Officer to lead the technological development of an advanced AI-powered product. The role involves strategy, system architecture, and coordination across internal and external teams.

• Previous experience as a CTO, Head of Engineering, Lead Architect, or in a comparable senior technology leadership role.
• Strong expertise in system design and distributed systems architecture.
• Hands-on understanding of LLMs, RAG, inference, AI agents, and model orchestration.
• Experience leading multiple engineering teams and managing complex technical initiatives.
• Ability to make high-level architectural decisions while maintaining a strong understanding of implementation details.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving and evolving technology environment.

Nice to have:

• Experience working on R&D, innovation, or externally funded technology projects.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes, MLOps, cloud infrastructure, and GPU-based workloads.
• Experience working with complex multi-stakeholder projects.
• Experience building AI-powered products or platforms at scale.
• Experience in a startup, scale-up, or other high-growth technology environment.

• Define and drive the overall technology strategy and technical roadmap.
• Coordinate the work of internal development teams and external technology partners.
• Design and oversee scalable system architecture leveraging GenAI and modern AI technologies.
• Define the approach to language models, AI agents, inference, and model orchestration.
• Oversee code quality, security, reliability, and scalability of the platform.
• Establish technical standards, engineering processes, and architecture best practices.
• Support technical decision-making across multiple teams and workstreams.
• Represent the technology function during meetings with senior stakeholders and external partners.
• Work closely with product and business leadership to align technology with long-term company goals.

Zgoda na przetwarzanie danych osobowych może zostać wycofana w dowolnym momencie. Odbiorcą danych jest serwis Hello HR oraz inne podmioty, którym powierzyliśmy przetwarzanie danych w związku z rekrutacją.
