Technology Specialist - Digital Integration Solution Architect

Digital & Technology Team (D&T) is part of HEINEKEN Global Shared Services Center, focusing on digitalizing and integrating processes to make Heineken the most connected brewery worldwide. The role supports integration platforms enabling business processes across all units in over 190 countries, handling millions of secure, low-latency messages daily and supporting federated teams of developers.

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• 7+ years of IT experience
• 5+ years in an architect role related to Digital Integration
• Strong knowledge of integration platforms such as MuleSoft, TIBCO, Azure Integration Services, SAP Integration Suite
• Expertise in designing scalable, reliable, and high-performing integrations
• Strong understanding of event-driven and API-driven architectures
• Experience working in dynamic environments with shifting priorities
• Deep understanding of cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, GCP and their native integration capabilities
• Knowledge of cloud-based services including serverless architecture, storage, and identity management
• Ability to communicate architectural designs and technical solutions effectively
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration among developers, product owners, security, and business architects
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and workflows
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools like Azure DevOps
• Fluent English (C1 level)

Nice to have:

• TOGAF certification
• Certifications in Boomi, SAP, Mulesoft or other integration-related fields
• Understanding of DevOps practices

• Define architectural standards and develop architectural guidelines, principles, and standards for integration development
• Ensure alignment with best practices, industry standards, and Heineken’s IT strategy
• Collaborate with Tribe Lead to define vision, roadmap, and future capabilities
• Support prioritization of new features and capabilities considering technical challenges
• Participate actively in intake and analysis of new requirements
• Guide on the best solutions for new integration requirements and provide technical consultation and problem-solving
• Act as subject matter expert advising tribe lead, architects, developers, and stakeholders on complex topics
• Lead continuous improvement and architectural optimizations of existing integration solutions
• Understand business needs and gather feedback, proposing improvements to maximize delivered value
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for architecture designs, processes, and integrations
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and training sessions for onboarding developers and stakeholders
