E-Commerce Operations Specialist

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in e-commerce operations or customer service roles.
• Hands-on experience with Shopify backend is mandatory.
• English proficiency at B2 level for effective communication and independent management of English-language product materials.
• Strong proficiency in standard office software including Microsoft Office, Excel, Google Sheets, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams for collaboration.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, high attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
• Proactive, patient, detail-oriented mindset with strong execution skills and willingness to learn and grow.

• Support the day-to-day operations of the Direct-to-Consumer standalone website (Shopify) and Amazon store, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
• Manage daily customer service inquiries via email and respond to platform reviews to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Conduct regular walk-through checks of the Shopify website and Amazon store to identify, report, and resolve faults or technical issues.
• Monitor the end-to-end fulfillment process, handle shipping exceptions, logistics delays, returns, and refunds.
• Support promotional activities by updating product listings, configuring pricing, and refreshing page content.
• Ensure accuracy of product information across platforms, including SKUs, descriptions, and imagery.
• Assist with backend tasks such as PSI system data entry, invoice uploading, and financial reconciliation.
