Product Manager - Communication Automation

Allegro is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the strategic scaling and functional evolution of its internal communication automation platform. The role involves expanding campaign performance metrics, integrating advanced Data Science recommendations, enhancing user experience, and scaling communication channels internationally. The Product Manager will also focus on building AI-driven features and ensuring platform compliance with global data privacy regulations.

• Proven experience as a Product Manager in highly scalable and technical environments; marketing domain experience is a plus.
• Ability to independently acquire, query, and work with data to draw insights and drive product decisions.
• Strong skills in defining, monitoring, and reviewing metrics distinguishing input and output measures.
• Experience in strategic roadmap planning for delivery plans of at least 6 months with a long-term vision.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills to handle dependencies across product areas.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for communication under pressure and balancing priorities.
• Ability to maintain close collaboration with stakeholders for alignment on product requirements and goals.
• "AI-native" approach using GenAI and advanced prompting to enhance user research and product discovery.
• English language proficiency at minimum B2 level.

• Collaborate closely with engineering teams and cross-functional stakeholders to prioritize the product backlog aligned with strategic goals.
• Translate internal client and external user needs into technical requirements.
• Manage stakeholders and scope by setting realistic expectations and maintaining focus.
• Define product vision and strategy for communication automation at Allegro.

Zgoda na przetwarzanie danych osobowych może zostać wycofana w dowolnym momencie. Odbiorcą danych jest serwis Just Join IT oraz inne podmioty, którym powierzyliśmy przetwarzanie danych w związku z rekrutacją.
