IT Project Manager

Flying Bisons is a leading Strategic Design & Digital Consulting company based in Warsaw, working on projects across Europe and the Middle East. Their work includes enterprise platforms, government services, and corporate ecosystems used by millions, such as national workforce platforms (Qiwa, Ajeer), education ecosystems (Madares), major banks (Bank Pekao, Alinma), global telecoms (Ooredoo, Salam), and international brands (KFC, Hebe, NaTemat, Enel-Med). They focus on building the discipline of Strategic Design beyond design craft.

• Minimum 3+ years project management experience, preferably in digital agency or tech environment involving UX/UI design, development, and research.
• Experience with clients from the Middle East, MENA region, and understanding of business culture.
• Strong familiarity with project management software, especially Jira and time-tracking tools.
• Solid understanding of modern technology capabilities and constraints.
• Proficiency in written and spoken Polish and English at C1/C2 level.
• Excellent communication skills for managing client expectations and internal alignment.
• Proven leadership of cross-functional teams of 10 to 15 members with a product-focused mindset.
• Full responsibility for project execution and proactive problem solving.
• Ability to identify business opportunities.
• Strong understanding of budget management, profitability, and reporting.

Order management and business development:

• Creating and managing work orders according to client requirements and team capacity.
• Preparing business proposals based on client needs and profitability.
• Managing delivery timelines and order processing.
• Identifying upsell opportunities and expanding partnerships.

Team and resource management:

• Monitoring team capacity and resource allocation.
• Planning substitutions and managing ad-hoc team changes.
• Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes including access, approvals, and NDAs.

Financial and administrative oversight:

• Supervising billing data accuracy and supporting invoicing.
• Monitoring budget utilization and tracking hours.
• Communicating discrepancies and monitoring client receivables.

Project execution and quality:

• Acting as primary contact for clients and teams including Analytics, Design, and Development.
• Gathering and structuring project status updates.
• Supporting resolution of daily project issues and managing pressure.
• Supporting quality control for key deliverables.
• Managing projects with agile methodologies using Jira and other PM tools.

Stakeholder and risk management:

• Building and nurturing relationships with partners, understanding MENA business culture.
• Managing risks including availability during holidays.
• Keeping stakeholders aligned on project goals.

Process improvement:

• Developing tools and processes to support AI-first project management.
