Senior Software Quality Engineer (Test Automation)

The role is within a fast-moving engineering team developing and maintaining two flagship travel-related software products: Agency Concierge and Traveler Concierge, including Agentic AI MCP Apps deployed on ChatGPT.com and Claude.ai channels. The team works on a modern, high-performance platform integrating travel content, automation, services, and third-party systems for travel professionals worldwide.

• Minimum 6 years of professional experience in software engineering and/or test automation.
• Solid experience with Java, Python, React, TypeScript, and CSS.
• Expertise in AI-driven testing, automated test generation, and modern QA methodologies.
• Experience building benchmarks for large language model (LLM) based systems.
• Knowledge of AI Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and AI models such as Vertex AI and Gemini.
• Experience operating within Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Strong English communication skills for global collaboration.
• Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Team-oriented mindset with continuous willingness to learn.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related technical field.

Nice to have:

• Strong understanding of Machine Learning concepts and LLM architectures.
• Experience with standard testing frameworks and tools (e.g., JUnit, bruno) layered with AI tools.

• Build robust testing frameworks to ensure high software quality for MCP native apps on ChatGPT.com and Claude.ai.
• Prepare benchmarks for AI functions integrated into applications.
• Maintain tests inventory.
• Assess application portfolios from a security perspective.
• Use latest AI models, specifically the Gemini family, to develop advanced testing strategies and generate tests for MCP endpoints and UI widgets.
• Investigate, diagnose, and resolve quality and integration problems in development and production.
• Collaborate closely with core developers to understand product nuances and identify edge cases.
• Contribute to test documentation, share methodologies internally, and demo testing workflows to the Product Owner weekly.
