Product Designer

RTB House is a next-generation performance demand-side platform (DSP) that uses proprietary Deep Learning AI algorithms to help brands grow. Founded in 2012, operating in 90+ markets, RTB House offers end-to-end Deep Learning-powered AdTech products and solutions to maximize conversion, drive new customer acquisition, create engagement, and fuel long-term demand for a global client base.

• 4+ years of overall design experience with at least 2 years in a product team
• Strong analytical thinking skills for breaking down complex problems
• Hands-on experience with qualitative/quantitative data and analytics tools, including AI for task automation
• Proven UX research experience: usability testing, interviews, surveys, and analysis with AI optimization
• Understanding of HTML and CSS fundamentals for effective communication with frontend developers
• Fluency in English at B2+ level
• High independence, ownership, problem-solving mindset, and strong work organization
• Aesthetic sensitivity, attention to detail, and commitment to visual consistency
• Proficiency in using AI tools daily in design workflow
• Portfolio demonstrating solid end-to-end product design experience

Nice to have:

• Experience designing products within the AdTech domain
• Experience designing complex B2B platforms, CMS, or CRM tools
• Advanced mastery of AI tools for design and process automation

• Design end-to-end features for RTB House panels (desktop-first) including problem discovery, user flows, wireframes, mockups, implementation support, and design QA
• Implement product improvements based on audits, data analysis, and usability research
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders, engineering teams, and fellow designers in refinements, scope decomposition, handoffs, and interaction specifications
• Work within and expand the Design System in Figma using components, tokens, and auto-layouts
• Conduct UX research including user interviews, usability testing, and quantitative/qualitative data analysis
• Optimize daily workflow and user interactions using modern AI tools
• Design effectively under technical, business, and system constraints
