Senior Systems Administrator (B2B)

Sprout Social is a company with a dynamic and forward-thinking IT environment. The IT team works as part of a central internal operations model, collaborating with adjacent teams such as AI & Automation and Business Systems. The team's setup allows efficient collaboration and offers opportunities to work across various projects within the discipline.

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Systems Administrator.
• Ability to work from Kraków office at least one day per week.
• Proven technical support experience with Apple and Windows computers.
• Capable of lifting 30+ pounds.

Nice to have:

• Experience managing IT inventory and employee computers with MDM solutions such as JAMF and InTune.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI and Large Language Models.
• Advanced experience troubleshooting conference room technology.
• Experience managing Zoom conference room technology.
• Experience with Jira administration.
• Experience providing IT onboarding and offboarding.

• Provide technical assistance and support to end-users.
• Maintain and enhance IT tooling and systems.
• Share feedback and ideas to improve IT processes.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding procedures.
• Support conference room technologies, especially Zoom Rooms.
• Administer Jira.
• Manage and maintain IT and AV inventory.
• Assess and upgrade users' equipment according to policies.
• Serve as an escalation point for complex IT issues.
• Document internal and end-user processes in knowledge base.

Requirement to work from Kraków office at least one day per week.
