Xenon7 is a collaborative practice of AI scientists and business leaders partnering with businesses to harness the power of Artificial Intelligence. They work with leading enterprise clients and innovative startups on projects across Data, AI, Cloud, and Software Engineering, focusing on AI solution architecture and specialized technical talent to drive innovation and business growth.

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce engineering and architecture experience.
• At least 2 meaningful production or advanced pre-production Agentforce implementations.
• Based in Europe with alignment to European enterprise hours.
• Proficiency in Salesforce Agentforce (Studio/DX), Apex, Flow, Data Cloud, REST APIs, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of LLM architectures, context window management, function calling, and evaluation frameworks.

Preferred Certifications & Qualifications:

• Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist or Salesforce Architect Certifications.
• Hands-on experience with MuleSoft, Python, TypeScript, LangGraph/LangChain, or MCP.
• Exposure to major AI platforms such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Azure AI, or AWS Bedrock.

Agentforce Architecture & System Design:

• Translate complex enterprise business processes into end-to-end agentic workflows.
• Design, configure, and build enterprise agents using Agent Builder, Agentforce Studio, Agent Script / DX, subagent routing, and instructions.
• Build back-end support using Salesforce Flow, Apex, SOQL, APIs, Named Credentials, and OAuth.

Agentic AI & LLM Engineering:

• Implement tool/function calling, structured outputs, multi-step agent workflows, and prompt/context engineering.
• Evaluate and determine the use of LLM reasoning versus deterministic Apex/Flow logic to minimize latency and token costs while preventing hallucinations.

Enterprise Data & System Integration:

• Ground agent reasoning in structured/unstructured enterprise data with Salesforce Data Cloud / Data 360, semantic search, and Knowledge libraries.
• Architect REST API callouts, event-driven integrations, and MuleSoft platform pipelines using Model Context Protocol (MCP) standards.

Testing, Security & Strategic Advisory:

• Drive automated testing and multi-turn conversation tracing using the Agentforce Testing Center.
• Design agent permissions, FLS/sharing rules, prompt injection protections, and human-in-the-loop escalation paths.
• Lead technical discovery with European enterprise stakeholders and guide cross-functional engineering teams.

This is a remote position based in Europe with strong alignment to European enterprise hours. The contract type is advisory / project-based, not a full-time employment.
