DevOps Engineer (LIQ Programme)

This role is within the banking industry, focusing on scalable infrastructure design and automation for loan processing in a dynamic banking environment. The position is hybrid, located in Gdańsk for three days per week.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or related field.
• Several years of DevOps experience with expertise in CI/CD tools and cloud technologies.
• Strong understanding of financial services workflows and core banking concepts.
• Proficiency in scripting languages, SQL, and monitoring tools.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Nice to have:

• Experience specifically with loan processing or banking systems.
• Advanced knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies.
• Experience working in Agile environments with cross-functional teams.

• Design and deploy scalable infrastructure supporting Loan IQ.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automation workflows.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure end-to-end process automation.
• Monitor system performance and implement improvements using modern monitoring tools.
• Integrate systems and optimize workflows for seamless loan application and approval procedures.

Hybrid work mode requiring presence in Gdańsk, Poland for three days a week.
