Tech Lead (Java, AI Agents)

We help leading companies deliver complex business and technology transformations, with a strong focus on financial services and other regulated industries. We combine management consulting (corporate and digital strategy, operational excellence) with deep technology expertise (cloud strategy and migration, cloud security, application modernization, data & AI, Generative AI). Our projects span from board-level strategy to hands-on implementation.

Mandatory:

• Strong, current Java experience (Java 25) and Spring Boot.
• Hands-on AI/LLM engineering experience, including building production systems that call LLMs or orchestrate agents.
• Proficiency with design patterns and architectural judgment.
• Proven track record of shipping production features independently under real deadlines.
• Solid infrastructure literacy with CI/CD, containers, and Kubernetes concepts.
• Fluent in Polish and professional English.

Nice to have:

• Experience with GitLab, GitHub, cloud and on-prem environments, and self-hosted CI/CD with supply-chain scanning.
• Experience with Helm and Terraform.
• Knowledge of Postgres/pgvector and hybrid search tuning.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes and GitOps tools like ArgoCD.
• Comfortable reading and writing Go.
• Prior experience in banking or insurance under DORA-adjacent governance.

• Design and implement the Java/Spring Boot services used by AI agents in production, including tools, integrations, and business logic.
• Own features from design through production, collaborating with client engineering teams on requirements.
• Apply design patterns and establish clean boundaries in a fast-moving codebase.
• Design integration points between the platform's agent layer and client-side systems and APIs.
• Operate deployments day-to-day in a CI/CD and Kubernetes-based setup without owning underlying infrastructure.

Polish language is required due to client engagements running in Polish.
