Software Engineer (Java React)

LinkGroup is an international technology company.

• Several years of professional experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer
• Strong hands-on experience with React and TypeScript
• Solid backend development experience with Java, Spring Boot/Spring, and/or Kotlin
• Experience with Microfrontend development
• Good knowledge of CI/CD, containers, and modern DevOps practices
• Experience with Kafka and REST
• Practical experience with automated testing, preferably Playwright, Cucumber, Gherkin, or Gauge
• Understanding of enterprise architectures and scalable software solutions
• Experience working in Agile teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Practical experience using AI/GenAI solutions in software engineering
• Familiarity with AI productivity and development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, or ChatGPT

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of German
• Experience driving AI-based innovation and process optimization
• Experience with additional modern cloud and infrastructure technologies

• Develop modern applications using React, TypeScript, Java, Spring Boot, Spring Framework, and Kotlin
• Work with Microfrontend architectures and modern frontend technologies
• Design and implement REST APIs and Kafka-based integrations
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using technologies such as ArgoCD and OpenShift
• Work with containerized environments and modern infrastructure
• Take ownership of the software development lifecycle, from development and testing to deployment and maintenance
• Develop unit and automated tests using Gauge, Cucumber, Gherkin, and Playwright
• Design scalable and reliable enterprise architectures
• Work in an Agile environment and collaborate closely with international teams
• Use AI-supported development tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar solutions
• Identify opportunities to use AI and Generative AI to improve software development processes, products, and engineering workflows
• Contribute to innovation and continuous improvement within the team
