Haskell Developer

It provides technology consulting and services for Risk Management and Risk Analytics Systems to Financial Institutions, including techno-functional consulting, systems integration, Business Intelligence, information management, custom IT solutions development, and project management. The company emphasizes the use of cutting-edge technology to optimize total cost of ownership and partners closely with clients to enhance their risk management strategies.

• Strong hands-on experience in Haskell programming.
• Deep understanding of functional programming concepts including pure functions, immutability, recursion, higher-order functions, type systems, and monads.
• Strong foundation in mathematics, algorithms, data structures, discrete mathematics, and logic.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good understanding of software engineering best practices and version control systems.

Nice to have:

• Exposure to other functional languages such as Scala, OCaml, or F#.
• Experience in distributed systems, backend development, or high-performance computing.
• Contributions to open-source projects or academic/research experience in functional programming.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field, with preference for strong mathematical background.

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using Haskell.
• Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following functional programming principles.
• Work on complex algorithms, data structures, and mathematical problem-solving.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Optimize application performance and ensure high-quality code through testing and code reviews.
• Participate in architecture discussions and technical design decisions.
