Customer Support Advisor (with Spanish)

• C1 proficiency in Spanish and good command of English.
• At least 1 year of experience in an international customer service or contact center environment.
• Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
• Good technical aptitude, including knowledge of MS Office tools, especially Excel.
• Customer-focused mindset, adaptability, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

• Provide professional support to customers via phone, email, and chat in Italian.
• Resolve customer inquiries and de-escalate challenging situations effectively.
• Troubleshoot issues and deliver accurate solutions in a timely manner.
• Build and maintain strong relationships to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Manage multiple customer requests while meeting quality and productivity targets.
