Consultant - Global Learning Supplier Network

ITFS company offering a stable market position for cooperation.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in supplier/vendor management, procurement support, managed services, learning operations, learning administration, project coordination, or a similar operational role.
• Strong project management skills coordinating multiple suppliers, activities, dependencies, and deadlines concurrently.
• Strong analytical skills for evaluating supplier information, identifying gaps, comparing options, and formulating recommendations.
• Attention to detail and experience working with organized data, trackers, supplier documentation, and governance.
• Knowledge of commercial aspects related to contracts, pricing, service levels, rate cards, contracting, and purchase orders.
• Understanding of supplier onboarding and risk processes, including due diligence, compliance, procurement, independence, and information security.
• Ability to collaborate with suppliers and stakeholders across various locations, time zones, and functions.
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
• English language proficiency at B2 level.

• Support building and developing a global network of learning service providers according to client needs, markets, and service delivery models.
• Conduct research and evaluate suppliers for competencies, geographic reach, service delivery models, and commercial readiness.
• Maintain and update the supplier database, managing data, catalog, commercial terms, and supplier status.
• Support supplier onboarding including documentation coordination, contracting, compliance, procurement, and risk requirements.
• Collaborate with procurement, risk, independence, bid, and delivery teams regarding supplier onboarding and problem-solving.
• Support monitoring of supplier quality and effectiveness as well as process and data quality improvements.
