Cybersecurity Project Manager

ITFS is offering a project management role on a cybersecurity project identified as P3569, operating fully remotely within Poland, with equipment pickup required from offices in Warsaw, Wrocław, or Katowice.

• Minimum 4 years of experience independently managing complex IT/Cybersecurity projects or programs in an international environment.
• Comprehensive and technical understanding of cybersecurity domains, especially IAM (including SSO, PAM, MFA), Cloud Security, Zero Trust, Risk / Compliance / Governance, and Vulnerability Management.
• Practical skills in planning, organizing, and effective project delivery with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and experience managing relationships with senior management.
• Ability to work proactively and adapt in a dynamic environment.
• Effective use of AI tools in daily work.
• Very good command of English at minimum C1 level, both spoken and written.

Nice to have:

• Experience in Cyber Detection and Response or Cyber Threat Management.
• Project management certifications such as PMI, PRINCE2.
• Cybersecurity certifications like CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC.
• Knowledge of IAM solutions such as SailPoint, CyberArk, Microsoft Entra ID.
• Professional experience in consulting firms.
• Knowledge of additional European languages (e.g., German, French, Spanish).

• Manage cybersecurity projects and programs to deliver solutions on time, within budget and quality expectations.
• Define and maintain project scopes, implementation plans, milestones, budgets, and resources.
• Coordinate solution delivery across global, matrixed organizational structures with international teams.
• Ensure effective collaboration and transparency of deployment statuses, challenges, and budgets with stakeholders.
• Build long-term relationships with business partners and key clients.
• Utilize AI-based tools to optimize the efficiency of personal and team work.

The position requires working 100% remotely from Poland, with mandatory personal equipment pickup from one of the offices located in Warsaw, Wrocław, or Katowice.
