DevOps Engineer

EER Poland is hiring a DevOps Engineer with strong AWS experience to build a new DevOps team, responsible for establishing the company's cloud infrastructure and operational processes from the ground up.

• 3+ years in a DevOps role.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS services.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred).
• Experience with containers and orchestration platforms (EKS preferred).
• Experience designing and managing CI/CD processes and GitOps practices (ArgoCD preferred).
• Solid understanding of Linux environments and shell scripting (Python, Bash).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of networking principles (DNS, TCP/IP, routing, VPNs).

• Plan, build and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS.
• Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code practices.
• Develop, maintain, and automate CI/CD pipelines, including build, test, and deployment processes across environments.
• Implement monitoring and alerting solutions.
• Improve system reliability, uptime, performance, and disaster recovery processes.
• Apply AWS security best practices for identity, access control, networking, and data protection.
• Work closely with developers to support smooth deployments.
