System Consultant Epicor Kinetic - Remote Work Type

Directio is a global IT services company providing consulting, coding, testing, deployment, and management of mainly cloud-based and mobile applications with offices in Poland, the Philippines, Mexico, and the USA. They serve clients in FMCG, retail, automotive, and SaaS sectors by accelerating digital transformation. The role supports implementation projects for a Polish client delivering comprehensive IT solutions used by Polish and international organizations.

• Educational background in Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Knowledge of ERP systems, particularly those supporting manufacturing processes.
• Knowledge of manufacturing and logistics processes is an advantage.
• Good command of spoken and written English (B1/B2).
• Knowledge of relational databases and SQL queries is an advantage.

• Participate in ERP system implementation projects in Poland and abroad, supporting clients throughout deployment stages.
• Deliver user training sessions for effective use of the Epicor Kinetic ERP system.
• Create Business Intelligence (BI) reports to support business analysis and decision-making.
• Modify and configure the Epicor Kinetic system using Low Code / No Code technologies (optional) to meet client requirements.
