Obowiązki

  • Manage and support the sanctions verification process for DFDS business partners (customers and suppliers).
  • Collect, validate, and consolidate information from multiple internal databases, systems, and external data verification platforms.
  • Prepare comprehensive and structured documentation for legal review.
  • Ensure high standards of data quality, consistency, and completeness.
  • Coordinate and monitor verification requests from DFDS entities not integrated into the system-based process.
  • Investigate discrepancies, identify missing information, and follow up on incomplete cases.
  • Cooperate closely with Master Data teams, Finance, Procurement, Legal, business stakeholders, and external service providers.
  • Act as a key point of contact for the external sanctions screening platform provider.
  • Support process improvements and strengthen data governance and compliance practices.
  • Stay informed about developments that may impact sanctions screening and compliance requirements.
